This is cleaning after a death, a violent event, or an unattended situation involving bodily fluids or other biological material, and it is unlike every other service here: we will not put a price range on this page. A published number would only ever be read against somebody's worst day.

We come and see what is needed before we say a number, and we say it to you directly rather than publish one. A range wide enough to be honest about this work would sit on this page next to somebody's worst moment, and that does not belong in public.
The call to arrange it is treated the same way. You do not need to describe what happened in detail; enough to tell us what to bring, and whether anybody needs to be elsewhere while we work, is enough.
Two people, and no record beyond what is needed
The vehicle has no signage. There are two of us, not a crew, and no photographs are taken of this particular service — different from every other job here, where photographing everything is standard practice for the record. This is not that kind of job.
We do not raise it again afterward, in an invoice or in conversation, with you or with anybody who asks. Affected materials are treated as grossly contaminated: protective equipment throughout, porous material that cannot be made safely clean removed and disposed of, hard surfaces cleaned and then treated.
No letters after anybody's name
New York licenses mould remediation specifically, and we hold that licence — a checkable public record. There is no equivalent state licence for this particular kind of cleaning, and we are not going to dress ourselves up with a credential that does not exist here.

There is no state licence specific to this kind of cleaning in New York, unlike mould remediation, which we are licensed for. We are not going to invent letters after our name. What we hold is a New York City Home Improvement Contractor licence and a New York State mould remediation licence, both checkable.
